On Saturday June 23, 2018, Caitlyn Farms proudly participated in the 2018 PolkFresh Farm Tour. Approximately 30 guests had the opportunity to speak firsthand with “Cowboy” Michael Herman about our Beef Cattle operation.
Guests also had the opportunity to tour the newly opened Caitlyn Farms Event Center. After the tour guests were invited to sample our own USDA Certified hamburgers for lunch.
A longtime Resident reached out to say “What a delightful time my family and friends had touring Caitlyn Farms on Saturday! Cowboy was amazing! He has a genuine affection and passion for what he is doing…”
Local artists — both professional and amateur — had a chance to express themselves on a very unique canvas Saturday, March 17, 2018. Local nonprofit Our Carolina Foothills hosted a kick-off party for its second rendition of Art of the Horse — with the theme of “One World, One Vision” — that afternoon, at a reception at the recently opened Caitlyn Farms event center in Mill Spring. During the event, guests were invited to help decorate a fiberglass horse, which is modeled after the ones that will be displayed throughout the Foothills area and beyond through October, to celebrate the upcoming World Equestrian Games.
